All open play sessions start on time, which is why it is crucial to check-in early.
Online ticket sales are non-refundable. You may request to have your online purchase reimbursed via an Urban Battlefield gift card.
In order to play during private events at Urban Battlefield you must be 8 years of age or older.
Safety is the number one priority of our Field Marshals and Game Managers. You are required to follow all of the arena rules. Failure to do so may result in removal from the arena.
